The Poor Man's Air Conditioner

Picture
Seth and I built two of these.  Basically you need a small fan, a five gallon bucket with a lit and a dremel tool.  You cut a hole in the lid that you can place the small fan face down into.  The you cut a small hole in the side.  You can drop a bag or block of ice into the bucket which cools the air that escapes out of the hole in the side.  A pvc pipe can be added to the side hole but is not necessary.

Two of these brought the temperature down in the room about 12 to 15 degrees.

Bucket - $5
Ice - $2.50
Fan - $12
Dremel tool -  $50

Dying...people do it in so many different ways.  Of course to truly die at your best you have to die with salvation.  Some people die with love, others with loneliness.

It's a special edition of The Biscuits & Gravy show.  We run for over an hour and a half on this edition because there is just way too much to cover.  Thanks to mydad's blog for providing some great quotes regarding the Christianity and principles regarding our nation.

“Whilst sun and moon endure, America shall remain a city of refuge for the whole earth, until she herself shall play the tyrant, forget her destiny, disgrace her freedom, and forsake her God.” —George Duffield (1794 – 1868).

Jim presents a historical perspective on how the 1st amendment came to be.

Also what is the Northwest Ordinance?  Get your copy here!

We cover a piece of software that will prevent your computer from installing Windows 10.  It's called Never10.

And of course as always...the national days of the week!  One of which is FRIED CHICKEN DAY!
