1 Cup Sugar  (I reccommend 1/2 cup)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Combine the peanut butter, white sugar and egg. Mix until smooth.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 6 to 8 minutes. Do not overbake! These cookies are best when they are still soft and just barely brown on the bottoms.

Taco Bell Green Salsa Verda recipe:
1 lb fresh tomatillo
3 large jalapeno peppers, seeded
1 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
DIRECTIONS
Husk tomatillos and cut in half. Stem and half peppers.
Boil tomatillos and peppers in chicken broth for 10 minutes. Strain, reserving broth.
Combine tomatillos, peppers and remaining ingredients, except for the oil, in a blender and mix until almost smooth.
Heat oil in frying pan until very hot.
Carefully add the tomatillo mixture and cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly until dark and thick. Add reserved broth to mixture and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and cook until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Chill.

Mom's Peanut Butter Pie

2 cups Chunky peanut butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
6oz Vanilla pudding
2 cups Heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Sugar
Pie crust                                                                                                                                                                             
Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Cover the pie crust bottom with some of the peanut butter mixture. Layer the prepared vanilla pudding then more peanut butter mixture. Whip the cream and sugar until stiff and cover the pie. Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture

Serving Size: Makes 1 pie
