Mom's Peanut Butter Pie

2 cups Chunky peanut butter
1 cup Powdered sugar
6oz Vanilla pudding
2 cups Heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup Sugar
Pie crust                                                                                                                                                                             
Mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar. Cover the pie crust bottom with some of the peanut butter mixture. Layer the prepared vanilla pudding then more peanut butter mixture. Whip the cream and sugar until stiff and cover the pie. Top with the remaining peanut butter mixture

Serving Size: Makes 1 pie

Number of Servings: 1     ????? ----  I like the way this guy thinks!
